Once you are happy with our quote, we’ll confirm the project details, arrange material orders, and schedule a commencement date that suits you. Prior to starting, you’ll receive our Homeowner Information Guide outlining the scope of works, project expectations, warranties, and key information about the installation process.

❋ Start

On the scheduled start date, our team will complete all required safety measures before carefully removing the existing roofing materials and carrying out the agreed works to a professional standard.

❋ During

Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication, keep the site as tidy as possible, and provide updates on progress.

❋ After

Upon completion, we conduct a final quality inspection, remove all waste and debris, and ensure your property is left clean and presentable, delivering a finished result.

What to Expect...

  • Once you accept our quote, we will confirm the scope of works, answer any final questions, and begin planning your project. You’ll receive all relevant documentation, including project information, warranties, and details of what to expect throughout the installation process.

  • After materials have been ordered and delivered, we will schedule a commencement date and keep you informed leading up to the project. Prior to starting work, our team will complete all required safety measures and site preparations to ensure the project proceeds efficiently and safely.

  • Throughout the project, our team will carry out the agreed works with a focus on quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism. We will maintain clear communication, provide progress updates where required, and keep the work area as organised and tidy as possible while minimising disruption to your property. (you can still be inside your house while we work)

  • As the installation nears completion, we will ensure all roofing, gutter or cladding works have been completed in accordance with the project specifications. All waste materials, old roofing products, and site debris will be removed, leaving your property clean and presentable.

  • Before handover, we conduct a comprehensive final inspection to ensure every aspect of the project meets our quality standards. Any minor adjustments or touch-ups are completed at this stage, allowing us to deliver a finished result that reflects our commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
